Cultivated at elevations between 1,800–1,960 masl, the fertile clay soils of Limu Seka offer ideal conditions for heirloom Ethiopian varieties to thrive. This washed lot, produced by smallholder farmers and processed at Feyisa Abamecha’s washing station, is a standout example of the region’s potential for quality and nuance.
Flavor Profile:
This light roast sings with peach, honey, florals, green tea, lemon, and lime, supported by a clean finish and bright acidity. It’s a beautifully expressive cup—sweet, floral, and refreshingly crisp.
