Madis Coffee Roasters Shipping Policy

Welcome to Madis Coffee Roasters! We are committed to providing you with the best coffee experience, from our roastery to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Delays
- We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, shipping carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Shipping Returns and Exchanges

- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at marketing@madiscoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
