Grown on a Rainforest Alliance-certified estate in the Jinotega region, this coffee captures the altitude, climate, and care that make La Bastilla one of Nicaragua’s most exceptional farms.
Flavor Profile:
Expect a silky and floral cup with notes of white peach, jasmine, and bergamot, followed by a subtle honeyed sweetness and clean citrus finish. Its refined acidity and elegant aromatics make every sip feel intentional—bright, balanced, and beautifully composed.
Rooted in Elevated Precision:
Cultivated between 1,250–1,450 masl, this Geisha thrives in a unique microclimate within the El Buey lot, a specially designated area of La Bastilla Estate chosen for its ideal conditions. The farm employs meticulous shade management, soil care, and selective picking practices to preserve the delicate floral and citrus-forward character Geisha is known for.
Washed Process, Signature Clarity:
This coffee undergoes a fully washed process with a long fermentation and elevated drying that enhance its clarity and aroma. The result is a cup that expresses the Geisha varietal’s floral depth and sparkling acidity with grace.
