Introducing our latest single origin from the highlands of Marcala, Honduras. Finca Las Acacias showcases the work of Roger Dominguez—a passionate young producer whose dedication to heirloom varieties and careful processing results in a beautifully expressive cup.
From Farm to Cup:
Roger Dominguez cultivates three midsize plots of land, each 3–5 hectares in size, at elevations above 1,300 meters in the Marcala region. Growing a mix of Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra, Roger takes pride in his attention to detail—especially in wet milling and drying, ensuring every bean reflects the integrity of the land it comes from.
Flavor Notes:
This natural-processed lot offers notes of milk chocolate, mellow red grape, almond, and a soft fruity acidity. It’s a medium roast with a rounded body, offering balance, sweetness, and a comforting finish.
Naturally Processed, Naturally Unique:
By allowing the fruit to dry on the bean, this natural process enhances the sweetness and complexity of the Parainema variety, creating a layered and fruit-forward profile.
